Dogs eat outside here, and only in the warm months. The homepage lists “specials, free parking and a dog friendly patio in the summer.” The Tahoe City menu page words it as “Dog friendly outdoor seating and full patio in the warmer months (weather permitting).” Two official statements, same shape: outdoors, seasonal, weather-dependent. Indoors isn’t part of it. Neither is winter — when the patio closes, the dog option closes with it.

The restaurant publishes no leash rule and says nothing about water bowls one way or the other. Not published; the county leash law applies.

599 North Lake Boulevard puts it on the highway through downtown, a few blocks up the boulevard from the Cobblestone Center where the Tahoe Tap Haus patio sits. The site lists free parking. Most of this stretch of North Lake in July does not have that.

Walk-ins only: “WE DON’T TAKE RESERVATIONS - JUST COME ON IN!” No reservation holds a patio table, so outdoor seating runs first-come.

The menu leans hard on burgers — ten of them, from a smash burger to a farmhouse lamb — plus three versions of house mac ‘n cheese, a row of hot sandwiches, and a lighter section with an ahi tower and a paleo bowl. Kids meal. Gluten free brownie.

64-Acres Park and the start of the paved trail network sit a few minutes southwest by car, past the Y, and leashed dogs are allowed on the trail. Hours run 11:30 to 9 Monday through Thursday, 11:30 to 10 Friday, 11 to 10 Saturday, and 11 to 9 Sunday.
